Nicole DeMarsh
Nicole DeMarsh is a management consultant and business leader with deep experience at the intersection of impact investing and philanthropic giving. She has spent the past 15+ years advising funders, with a focus on maximizing the impact of their resources. She has a keen interest in climate resilience and gender equity as cross-cutting themes for responsible development, and brings these lenses to all of her work.
Nicole is currently the Founder & Principal at Talus Advisory, a boutique impact investing advisory firm. She was previously an Associate Partner at Sagana GmbH, Head of the Uganda Office at Open Capital Advisors, and a consultant with TechnoServe. Nicole began her career at Bain & Company.
A Canadian citizen, Nicole currently resides in Austria, and has extensive global experience. She has previously lived and worked in Africa (Uganda, Kenya, Zambia, South Africa), North America (Canada, US) and Asia (Singapore).
