Sebastian a plus de 20 ans d’expérience en financements structurés, financements de projets, financements d’entreprises et financements du commerce international, dont 12 ans en Investissement d’impact.
Il a mené l’origination, la structuration et l’exécution de ces financements pour des entités sous-souveraines et des entreprises publiques, des institutions financières et des entreprises internationales, via des syndications, des Partenariats Publics-Privés (PPP) et des financements mixtes, dans les secteurs des énergies renouvelables et des technologies propres, des transports, de la gestion des déchets et des infrastructures sociales. Depuis Paris, Bangkok, Manille et la Guadeloupe, il a travaillé dans plus de 40 pays émergents en Afrique, en Asie, en Amérique latine et dans les Caraïbes, ainsi qu’en Europe.
Conscient de l’urgence d’agir contre le changement climatique, il a rejoint le Fonds climat du Grand Montréal pour contribuer à la réduction des émissions de GES.
Sebastian est titulaire d’une Maîtrise (DESS français) de Banque et Finance de Paris Dauphine.
Sebastian has over 20 years of experience in structured finance, project finance, corporate finance and international trade finance, including 12 years in Impact Investing.
He has led the origination, the structuring and the execution of these financings for Sub-Sovereign entities, State-Owned Enterprises, Financial Institutions and International Corporations, via syndications, public-private partnerships (PPP) and blending finance in the sectors of renewable energies and clean technologies, transport, waste management and social infrastructure.
From Paris, Bangkok, Manila and Guadeloupe, he has worked in 40 emerging countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as in Europe.
Concerned about the urgent need to act against climate change, he joined the Greater Montreal Climate Fund to help reduce GHGs.
Sebastian holds a Master’s degree (French DESS) in Banking & Finance from Paris Dauphine.
